We know that your health is important to you around the clock and not just during your doctor’s office hours. That’s why Reliant offers MyChart, a free and secure online patient portal that providesyouwith a quick way to connect toyour doctor’s office from any device with Internet access. MyChart makes it easier for Reliant patients to manage their care. That’s why we want to make sure you know about all the convenient features MyChart offers!

If you haven’t checked out MyChart recently, you may be surprised by some of the new capabilities. For instance,if you are an adult patient, youcan now directly schedule some of your primary care appointments through MyChart, choosing the time and day that’s most convenient for you. MyChart even lets you choose the type of appointment you need, whether a follow-up visit or a physical exam.

Save time with an E-visit

If you can’t take time off work to see your caregiver, MyChart allows E-visits for certain types of conditions – all at no charge to you! Adult patients can have an E-visit for sinus problems, red eye, cough/colds, back pain, and urinary symptoms (female only). E-visits utilize a detailed questionnaire that you fill out online. After receiving the information, your doctor’s office will get back to you promptly with a health recommendation, including a prescription if needed.

One of the more interesting features of MyChart is that it makes it easy to track health changes over time. You can check your weight at each of your last visits as well as see if your blood pressure has gone up or down. Plus your surgical history and family medical history is also available. To view this information, just look under the Health Trends and History sidebar.

Need a prescription renewal? MyChart does that too.

Another convenient feature of MyChart is that you can request a prescription renewal without having to call your doctor’s office. Just click on the “Request RX Renewal” icon and you will see a list of all the medications that have been prescribed for you. Then, with just a few clicks you can have that prescription renewed and ready to pick up at the pharmacy of your choice. It’s that simple.

MyChart even makes it easier to pay your bill. You can view outstanding balances and then pay your bill using a credit or debit card. There is also an insurance summary that includes your type of plan and member number if you need it. All this is available under the Billing and Insurance sidebar.

Easy-to-use mobile apps

One of the best things about MyChart is that you don’t even need a computer to take advantage of it. Our iPhone and Droid mobile apps make it easy to use MyChart whenever and wherever it’s convenient for you. If you’re not using MyChart, you’re missing out on a great way to make managing your healthcare a whole lot easier. To sign up or learn more, click here!

How about making payments to Reliant online.
I can only find the payment options for Quest.
Also wouldn’t it be nice if a bill payment link was located in the mycharts drop down billing section.

Hi S.J. There are some instances when a bill can’t be paid online. Patients cannot pay bills online for their spouse or child 18+, and parents of children under 18 must be listed as the guarantor as well as be a patient of Reliant or Southboro to pay bills. Bills from The Endoscopy Center and Surgical Eye Experts cannot be paid online. We are currently working on new features that will make it easier to make payments online, but it hasn’t been completed yet. In the meantime you can call (800) 215-1720 to pay your bill over the phone. Thanks for your patience.

Reliant Medical Group – It’s an entirely new experience there. From the first check-in people, and to its check-out people at the Windows, the experience there, at the Plantation Street, and at the St.Vincent, and at the Gold Star Blvrd. we’re just amazing! It was truly incredible how my family are being treated as its new patients. These types of services we have received at the RMG is something so shockingly new that we are incredulous. It shouldn’t be shocking. These types of services should be the norm at all places like this. Sadly it is not. And we have become so very accustomed to the poor services, it was very shocking the way the professionals were at all related services to the RMG. From its doctors, to all its people, in overall areas, it was magnificent. They have, honestly, exceeded mine and my family’s expectations. So, so incredible. I am lost for words. I wish that they can go around and educate all professionals around the areas, and more. Bring back the old fashion ideas of treating patients, and people in general, with dignity and with respect, as the Reliant Medical Group is doing. I am very pleasantly surprised with them, as you may tell from my rant here. Just cannot say enough to describe how I feel. Thank you very sincerely people of Reliant Medical Group. PLEASE keep up the most excellent work, for I really do appreciate all of your great efforts. Thank YOU.
